
How to Read a Roster
General Notes
Section A
Att - Attendance
EA - means the student is an excused absence
I - Introductory student
S - Start student
R - Restart student
MU - Makeup student
When marking attendance, use the below indicators:
Check Mark = attended
NS - no show, no notification of absence
UA - student called out last minute without 24 hr notification
Section A2- Student Notes
Notes here can be left by the Manager to the teachers, automatically entered by ProClass, or left by the teacher to the Manager.
Section B - Balance Due & Paid Columns
Teacher leaves a note in the paid column whether the student paid or not, if there is a balance.
Section C
These columns are automatically checked should the following apply to that specific student:
A/N: Allergies or Special Needs
CP: Camp Policies Completed (not applicable to weekly classes)
P: Policies Completed (applicable to weekly classes)
LR: Liability Release Completed (this allows a student to walk/bike home w/o supervision)
Section D: Notes
Notes left from the office to the teachers. Teachers can also leave notes back to the manager.
Additional codes you may see by student name:
(NP) No promotional photos allowed of the student
(HS) Homeschool student (on account and student name)
(S) Scholarship Student
